Benjamin Puche
CEO
Dr. Benjamin Puche has been CEO of the Audentra Group since 2024. Benjamin has been active in the TICC market and investment environment for over 10 years, initially as a senior executive at TÜV SÜD, then for a mid-cap investment company. He began his career in restructuring at Roland Berger in Munich and Zurich. Benjamin lives in Munich with his family.
Christoph Hohorst
CFO
Christoph has been CFO of the Audentra Group since January 2026. Prior to joining Audentra, he spent over 14 years at EY in the Strategy and Transactions practice, most recently as a Director with a focus on financial due diligence. During this time, he advised on more than 100 transactions and supported several buy-and-build platforms. Christoph lives with his family in Munich.
Sebastiano Lange
Manager M&A/PMI
Sebastiano Lange has been with the Audentra Group since 2025. Sebastiano has been active in the TICC market and investment environment for over 8 years, most recently for a small-cap investment company in Munich. He began his career in investment banking at HSBC in London. Sebastiano lives in Munich.
